Ray, a resident of Ventura County since 1972, has a diverse background. He attended Santa Clara High School and later pursued his Engineering Core at Ventura College. His academic journey continued at UC Santa Barbara where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Notably, he also owned and operated Crossover Cellular in Ventura. Additionally, Ray has been a member of BNI (Business Network International) since 2003 and has held the esteemed position of BNI Executive Director since 2019. Before embarking on his role as an insurance agent, he held the role of a branch manager at a local bank.
